Ok, I do admit we sometimes shop there for some specific items...

You surely can be proud of yourself and of your inquiring mind. My compliments to you and all your efforts to get to the bottom of things. Those efforts were not in vain. Be proud of yourself, you did it. You have reached the bottom of this blog!!!
Oh… if the post you were looking for is no longer here, search for it in my archives or in this blog's old address.

'Specific items'? My imagination is running wild...lion steak [yes, lion not loin], snake meat and snails dipped in dark chocolate and crickets deep fried with garlic...
Would you believe, I've never had pop tarts. Now I want. With tea.
GG: Nothing that weird... truffles, flavored vinegars, oriental ingredients for Thai or Indian food that are not easily available around here, homemade jams (I sometimes make jam, but some times it is just easier to get them there) and several regional sweets from all over Portugal (don't ask me how those guys can get those ALWAYS fresh).
euuh! pop tarts! cardboard.
I had a real craving for them a couple years ago, I mis-remembered them as tasty. Finally broke down and bought some, and now I am cured. Will never buy them again --not to my taste.
Spice girls?
hayden: Tasted those things once. And once was more than enough.
cream: I don't think GH would be fine with me bringing a spice girl home! ;)
